Welcome to this web site. My name is Jon Darroch. I have been with Southerland for 2 years now and am very excited by our growth and reception by retailers of our product line. Prior to my employment with Southerland, I spent 2 years with Spring Air and 16 years on the retail side of the industry. As a retailer, I spent 14 years as a General Manager and 25 years with a store retail mattress chain in Atlanta and Phoenix. Some of my duties were ordering, merchandising, line design and sales training.

I believe my experience on both sides of the industry have given me the knowledge and vision to grow our retail partners business both profitably and incrementally.
